1Scope and Core Purpose

Welcome to GigForce ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process personal and professional information across our platform. Our core objective is to match independent gig workers with verified business partners for temporary and on-demand labor engagements. This policy governs all candidate registrations, employer postings, and secure device connections.

2Information We Actively Collect

To deliver precision scheduling and ensure on-site physical security, we process targeted data structures when you register as a gig worker or hiring client:

  • WhatsApp Credentials: As part of our passwordless authentication system (Sec. 4 of Terms), we collect and hash your WhatsApp-associated phone numbers to dispatch secure, temporary verification codes.
  • Candidate Profiles & Skillsets: Resume histories, license classifications (e.g. OSHA standards, commercial driver licenses), certifications, rates of pay, and past workplace feedback.
  • Precise Geolocation: Subject to explicit device permissions, we collect background coordinate telemetry to match gig workers with nearby sites, ensuring realistic commute ranges and rapid deployment.
  • Client Organization Data: Registered business entities, employer identification keys, site coordinates, and job requirement constraints.

3How We Process and Share Data

GigForce strictly enforces a need-to-know access framework. We do not engage in consumer data aggregation or sell user metadata. Your records are only shared in the following scenarios:

  1. To Verified Hiring Managers: Candidate profile details, validation ratings, and geolocation proximities are visible to prospective employers once you apply to active job listings.
  2. Financial Settlement: Bank coordinates, transaction ledger logs, and completed job records are transferred to secure payment gateways to settle wage agreements.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Standard tax withholding summaries, worksite accident documentation, and compliance histories.

4The "Right to Be Forgotten" & Total Erasure

securityUncompromised Data Erasure Standard

In strict compliance with international data privacy mandates, GigForce empowers users with direct, absolute data-erasure controls. If you elect to close your account, you can activate the **"Erase Data" cascade** from your console. This operation purges all candidate metadata, phone numbers, active applications, posted jobs, and history files within our active database nodes immediately, leaving no residual records.

If you wish to request a physical data audit, ask clarification questions about our platform's secure integration policies, or file a complaint, you may contact our legal compliance team:
